The Whyte G160 RS 650b Mountain Bike 2016 takes lead from the G-150 as the brand new, guaranteed sell out hit for the UK trails, balancing itself between trail and full on enduro riding to create a top of the line ride that isn’t within a ridiculous price range. Optimised for its 160mm of travel, the Whyte mountain bike is about 15-20mm longer than its predecessor, preparing it for heavy hitting terrains without losing the agility and stability that brought its original success.
Complimenting the brilliant frame design is a fantastic pairing of RockShox suspension, with a Pike RC up front and a Monarch DebonAir at the back combining for top of the line bump handling, with the added benefit of spectacular control when the terrain takes a turn for the worse. Another key design feature for the Whyte G-160 2016 is its ultra short rear end, coming in at just 425mm it boasts remarkable levels of agility that are simply unmatched by its direct competitors.
