What do sprint star Mark Cavendish and climbing sensation Vincenzo Nibali have in common? They both use the S -Works range. Developed by the top professional cyclists and triathletes over the most gruelling terrain, so you do not have to. A stunning design using Giro, Tour and Olympic glory experience has resulted in one of the fastest, highest performance, road bikes on the planet.

SL4 FACT 11r carbon has been used in the frame construction to make a frame 19% stiffer than it’s predecessor, the S -Works SL3. This extra rigidity is transferred into more direct power transfer, a better handling and sharper ride. A tapered headtube improves comfort as does the FACT full carbon fork. Giving the rider a good balance between a comfortable and aggressive ride.

Constructed using four monocoque sections to make a strong and light frame, with internal cable routing to keep the clean, aerodynamic look and to reduce wear.

Major development has been invested in the new OSBB bottom bracket, one-piece shell. Stiffer than ever before, combined with a Specialized OSBB FACT Carbon crank, that does not just look good but also gives a direct and uncompromised power delivery straight through the pedals onto the road. No watts will be wasted with this frame. This is the same one-piece shell that is used in a lot Specialized’s top of the range bikes.

Specialized S-Works FACT Carbon Crankset with OSBB features Ceramic Speed bearings, making for a smooth and resistance free spinning action and finishes the SL4’s stealth like image off nicely.

The bike can also be collected in person from our city centre store by prior arrangement. We have a stock of quality approved used road bikes, triathlon bikes and mountain bikes for sale.

As a ‘used’ bike, we are happy to offer a 3-month in-house warranty from the date of the sale against manufacturing defects (crash damage and general wear and tear not included).

We do endeavour to supply top quality pre-owned bikes and the photographs and description are fair representations of our bikes, our reviews are good, and we try to look after our customers, many of whom return for additional bikes. Whilst we hold proof of ownership and ID, our bikes may not be supplied with an owner’s manual and other little goodies (we may not receive them) that new bikes may be supplied with direct from manufacturers.
