The Cannondale Synapse bike will receive a pre-sale mechanical check from one of our mechanics. We look to sell premium PRE-OWNED stock, the vast majority of which are one owner bikes. Buyers must be aware that these are not however new bikes unless listed as such.

The Synapse Hi Mod Disc Dura Ace Di2 <a href=”https://www.sigmasports.com/bikes/road-bikes”_blank”>Road Bike sits at the top of Cannondale’s endurance range. Redesigned to provide greater comfort and stiffness, the Synapse frame is constructed from a Hi Mod BallisTec carbon fibre and utilises a completely asymmetrically design to provide the optimal transfer of power. The result is a frame weighing a mere 950 grams, perfect for that next hill climb or mountain ascent.

While the carbon fibre construction aids stiffness, this bike’s frame shape is also critical to its impressive performance. Featuring Cannondales’s flaring seat tube at the bottom bracket, you are offered a strong connection at one of the most important areas on your bike. With this innovative Power Pyramid increasing torsional stiffness, you can be sure that all your power is transferred straight onto the road.

Despite the high levels of stiffness, the Synapse does not compromise comfort for performance. Whilst the bike remains entirely rigid laterally, specially designed SAVE flex zones help dampen unwanted road feedback on rougher roads.

Equipped with Shimano’s top-end Dura-Ace 9150 Di2 Groupset, the Synapse provides slick and seamless gear shifts, while the 11-30T cassette and 50/34T chainring combine to offer a gear range suitable for fast, flat efforts and long, gruelling climbs alike. Additionally, the 9170 Hydraulic Disc Brakes offer precise and modulated braking, for a confidence inspiring ride across all gradients.

The Cannondale HollowGram SL Disc Wheels further reduce the bikes overall weight, while their semi-deep profile balances aerodynamic efficiency and crosswind stability perfectly. Offering clearance for tyres up to 32c, the Synapse is finished with 28mm Vittoria Corsa tyres for enhanced comfort and grip in all conditions.

The bike can also be collected in person from our HQ by prior arrangement. We have a stock of quality approved used road bikes, triathlon bikes and mountain bikes for sale.

As a ‘used’ bike, we are happy to offer a 3-month in-house warranty from the date of the sale against manufacturing defects (crash damage and general wear and tear not included).

We do endeavour to supply top quality pre-owned bikes and the photographs and description are fair representations of our bikes, our reviews are good, and we try to look after our customers, many of whom return for additional bikes. Whilst we hold proof of ownership and ID, our bikes may not be supplied with an owner’s manual and other little goodies (we may not receive them) that new bikes may be supplied with direct from manufacturers.
