The Cannondale Synapse SM Ultegra Road Bike 2015 has been designed for sportives and all day escapades, where you want to rack up the miles, in comfort and at speed. This balance between performance and all day comfort stems from Cannondale’s S.E.R.G. geometry, which offers an engaging and smooth ride. Offering a balance between an all out race position and a more upright position, ideal for fast sportives and road miles. The innovative, SAVE PLUS micro-suspension technology, used in the rear triangle and fork, provides a smooth and comfortable ride, absorbing bumps. A feature packed bike with a Synapse BallisTec Carbon fibre frame, which is Di2 compatible. This is paired with a Synapse SAVE PLUS, BallisTec Carbon fork and the latest in 11-speed groupsets, the Shimano Ultegra 6800 system.

      New for 2015 is the inclusion of the latest FSA SL-K Light crankset, that houses a BB30A bottom bracket and uses a 50 outer and 34 inner compact chainring for strength and numerous gearing possibilities.

These can be found in the form of the C3 compact alloy handlebar, 6 degree stem and cleverly designed seat post. This seat post boasts a 25.4 millimetre diameter, proven to add comfort and reduce road buzz compared to a wider post.

      Comfort is further enhanced with gel incorporated Cannondale Grip Bar Tape and a Selle Royal saddle, that looks stunning, supports the rider and is lightweight.
