The Merida Scultura bike will receive a pre-sale mechanical check from one of our mechanics. We look to sell premium PRE-OWNED stock, the vast majority of which are one owner bikes. Buyers must be aware that these are not however new bikes unless listed as such.

Bang for buck option. CF3 frame shares the same features and race proven geometry as the CF5 but is slightly heavier. Equipped with SRAM Rival eTAP AXS group set and DT Swiss P1800 wheelset.

Team Bahrain Victorious put the fifth generation Scultura thoroughly through its paces, winning mountain top stages of the Tour de France and the Vuelta a Espana before the bike was even launched. Gen 5 keeps the Scultura’s fabled lightweight, agility and rider comfort focus and even manages to improve on both measures. The Scultura now incorporates learnings from the Reacto in terms of aerodynamics; they now share the same race proven geometry. Improving weight, comfort and aerodynamics requires plenty of engineering ingenuity. Round tubes are lighter than aero profiled tubes, fatter tyres are more comfortable but less aerodynamic. There are always compromises to be made. The new Scultura is the most aerodynamic ever and shows outstanding compliance, providing class-leading rider comfort. The marketing blurb suggests this helps keep the body fresh for the final sprint or ascent. A couple of mountain top, grand tour stage victories underline that point quite well!

The bike can also be collected in person from our HQ by prior arrangement. We have a stock of quality approved used road bikes, triathlon bikes and mountain bikes for sale.

As a ‘used’ bike, we are happy to offer a 3-month in-house warranty from the date of the sale against manufacturing defects (crash damage and general wear and tear not included).

We do endeavour to supply top quality pre-owned bikes and the photographs and description are fair representations of our bikes, our reviews are good, and we try to look after our customers, many of whom return for additional bikes. Whilst we hold proof of ownership and ID, our bikes may not be supplied with an owner’s manual and other little goodies (we may not receive them) that new bikes may be supplied with direct from manufacturers.
