• • • This is the Pro-Line model. Built for the pinners. If you’re looking for maximum grip and trail feedback, suspension set-up is the key. The Pro Line models are specced for riders like you. The focus of the build is all about the specially selected high-end Lyrik fork and shock from RockShox tuned to the Orange frame’s single pivot suspension ramp to give riders that all-out performance we love. 

      The Challenge: How do we go about updating a bike in our range whose legion of fans don’t want us to change anything?
      The answer, as with everything we do, is with great care and a stack of test feedback.

      The new Alpine 6 has been through one of the most intensive prototyping programs we’ve ever done – the result is spectacular.

      With the introduction of the 230mm metric shock, we have revised the suspension layout to increase the rear travel. We’ve also tuned the frame to be more progressive to retain a bottomless feel and improve small bump smoothness, treading that fine line that keeps wallow at bay and gives the Alpine 6 all the control it needs.

      The geometry has also been under the microscope and refined to match the new suspension performance, resulting in more agility, stability and confident speed.

      When you come upon one of those unholy beasts of a trail, this is the bike to take it on at full-gas and tame it.

The bike can also be collected in person from our city centre store by prior arrangement. We have a stock of quality approved used road bikes, triathlon bikes and mountain bikes for sale.

As a ‘used’ bike, we are happy to offer a 3 month in-house warranty from the date of the sale against manufacturing defects (crash damage and general wear and tear not included).

We do endeavour to supply top quality pre-owned bikes and the photographs and description are fair representations of our bikes, our reviews are good and we try to look after our customers, many of whom return for additional bikes. Whilst we hold proof of ownership and ID, our bikes may not be supplied with an owner’s manual  and other little items that new bikes may be supplied with direct from manufacturers (as we may not have received them either).
