Forget everything you thought you knew about bigger-wheeled bikes: the Stage 5 is designed to go further and faster whatever the terrain, this bike signals a new generation of trail-loving 29ers where nothing’s off limits and everything goes. For 2020 we’ve reworked the rear suspension kinematics to fit a metric shock standard, we’ve made the frame’s suspension curve more progressive, giving plush travel  and a bottomless feel.

The Stage models now feature an assymetric pivot so we can lower the pivot to the chain line while maintaining lateral stability, a longer swing-arm length, steeper seat tube (76°) makes the balance of the Stage 5 more confident, While the slacker head angle (65°) keeps steering responsive, Fast and furious might be a notorious film franchise, but it describes the fun that you’ll have with the new Stage 5.

The bike can also be collected in person from our store by prior arrangement. We have a stock of quality approved used road bikes, triathlon bikes and mountain bikes for sale.

As a ‘used’ bike, we are happy to offer a 3 month in-house warranty from the date of the sale against manufacturing defects (crash damage and general wear and tear not included).

We do endeavour to supply top quality pre-owned bikes and the photographs and description are fair representations of our bikes, our reviews are good and we try to look after our customers, many of whom return for additional bikes. Whilst we hold proof of ownership and ID, our bikes may not be supplied with an owner’s manual  and other little items that new bikes may be supplied with direct from manufacturers (as we may not have received them either).
