      If you live for laps, destroy rear tyres and always send it sideways, you’re going to want the Ariel 80.

      Fun first and 27.5 for life, our take on a park bike is designed to thrive at every UK centre and even the Alps.

      This thing loves to pop off of lips, swing sideward and flick through trees. The bigger the grin on your face, the harder the Ariel 80 is going to work to keep it there.

      Our all-new, custom-butted and hydroformed 6013 aluminium frame has been put to the test by bottom-out king Matt Walker and survived to make it into production.

      Every millimetre of the 180mm of travel is designed to work hard, whether that’s taking out rock chatter and braking bumps, sending the jump line or holding on for traction in loose turns.

      Our 80 model is a great chance to get all the bike, with a enough cash left over to head someplace with real mountains and push this beast to the limit.

      You’ll never feel short changed on travel when charging through boulders thanks to the RockShox Zeb up front, while out back the Fox DHX Performance coil deals with the aftermath.

      Shimano’s new Deore drivetrain gives wide-range, 11-51 gearing with an upgraded SLX rear mech. Stopping duties are handled by the ever capable two-pot Deore brakes, matched to a 203mm rotor up front for added bite.

      The DT Swiss E532 rims are enduro ready, with a 30mm internal providing plenty for the 2.4 Maxxis Minion DHRII tyres to fill out onto. Both are tubeless ready – just add tape, valves and sealant.

      A RaceFace 35mm finishing kit and dropper post from KS complete a spec sheet that has no weakness – and that’s without mentioning the small details.

      There’s internal routing for everything – including a dropper post, superboost spacing for additional clearance and big bearings which last longer and are commonly available should you need to refresh them.

As a ‘used’ bike, we are happy to offer a 3 month in-house warranty from the date of the sale against manufacturing defects (crash damage and general wear and tear not included).
